For decades the Tristeel Tote Bag Filling Machine has been an economical and gentle way of filling tote bags or bins. Can be run in automatic or manual mode. Includes adjustable bag holder arms. The boom is raised automatically as bag is being filled.
18" conveyor with 2HP motor and head mounted gear reducer.
18" belt with 3" cleats on 12" centers
Hydraulic pump motor w/pump for raising and lowering of bag holder arms and gooseneck boom.
Photoelectric eye is standard for automatically raising/lowering of boom.
JAX food grade lubricants used in gear reducer and hydraulic cylinders.
Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) for automatic operation and communication with floor scale.
4ft X 4ft 5000lb. capacity digital floor scale with output box and serial link.
